4. Review Procedure

Our standard publishing workflow includes an internal review of all proposals and final manuscripts.

  1. Initial Proposal Submission. Editorial Assessment. Manuscript Revision and Academic Review. Final Acceptance and Publishing Contract. Standard Design, Typesetting, and Scheduled Release.

5. Work Integrity

BharatKitab Publications requires authors to follow established ethics in research. Authors are expected to:

  • Submit original work not previously published unless clearly disclosed. Avoid plagiarism by properly crediting all sources, data, and ideas. Refrain from simultaneous submission of the same work to other publishers. Present research findings accurately without fabrication or selective reporting. Provide full citations for all adapted material, including tables. Secure the necessary permissions for any third-party content included in the text.

6. Rights and Terms

Our framework defines the specific rights and responsibilities of both the authors and the publisher regarding the work.

Publication rights are determined by the formal agreement between the authors and BharatKitab Publications. Authors should review the terms of this document before the production phase.

7. Production Phase

Once a manuscript is accepted, it enters the editorial cycle to ensure the text meets our technical requirements.

  • Copyediting: The text is checked for grammar, style, and clarity. Typesetting: The manuscript is formatted according to standard series layouts. Proofs: Authors are provided with page proofs to identify and correct any typographical errors. Indexing: When required, an index is compiled by the author or a service provider. Final Release: Approved files are processed for print or digital distribution.
